Track Maps Pro is designed to work without collecting personal data. Your drawings and notes are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own private iCloud account. We never see them.

Information we collect
We do not require an account to use the app. We do not collect your name, address or contact details unless you send them to us voluntarily by email or through the contact form on this website.
Analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand how many people use the app and which features are used. This data is anonymous and cannot be linked back to an individual.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never shared with us.
Third parties
The app uses Apple system services such as MapKit to display circuit locations. Their use of data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.
Your data, your control
You can delete any note or drawing at any time from inside the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored content from your device.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and adjust the date above.
